These classic men's driving gloves are made of Ethiopian sheepskin nappa leather, which is beautifully shiny and soft. The thin and flexible leather molds well to the hand.
The classic design of a driving glove includes openings for the knuckles. The gloves are unlined, which means they feel very light in the hand. The thin leather is soft and breathable, and they give a good feel for the steering wheel. The leather also has small decorative perforations that increase the breathability of the glove even more.
The gloves are sewn with a counter-seam, which means the seam is also on the outside of the glove. This makes the glove particularly comfortable in the hand, as there is only smooth and soft leather against the skin, no disturbing seams.
There is a metal snap button on the back of the palm that closes the opening at the wrist. The black piping and seams provide a striking contrast.
The gloves are given the right fit using the centuries-old table-cutting method. The leather is cut individually by hand. The excess stretch is manually stretched out of the leather, leaving only the adjustment margin that ensures an excellent fit. This ensures that the gloves do not stretch during use, but retain their fit. The leathers are also used as carefully as possible to avoid wasting material.
Because of this purposeful shaping, the gloves should initially fit the hand very tightly.
