Black, unisex scarf poncho that can be used as a scarf, a hood and in at least three different ways as a poncho. The product is a real multi-functional item. For the sofa as a nap garment, for the office or in the city, in the summer instead of a jacket and in the winter as a scarf with a jacket, after which the same item works as clothing indoors. Uncompromising luxury for the whole family. This, in our opinion, the best knit blend in the world, combines luxurious materials with superior properties. Breathability, moisture transfer, lint-free and softness combine in this exceptionally durable and warm knit.
A very versatile knit is suitable for both the office for drinks and the city for the cottage. The knit that can be worn all year round will warm you up on cool summer evenings and on crisp frosty mornings. Ease is the keyword for a scarf poncho. A scarf poncho can be worn in many different ways. It can be just thrown on or styled with a belt, for example. The poncho has only one seam, with an opening at the end. The seam creates a beautiful v-shaped opening that can be placed anywhere you want; on the shoulder, in front or in the back. The opening allows the sweater to be wrapped around the neck like a scarf or worn as a hood.
Most of the sweater is made of merino wool. Merino is a beloved material because of its practicality and pleasant properties. Highly breathable and moisture-wicking merino wool keeps the skin dry and warm.
The possum fur is hollow on the inside, which makes the fur both very warm and breathable, but also exceptionally light. Thanks to the hollow fur, the sweater is up to 20% lighter in weight and up to 30% warmer than a similar wool sweater.
It is precisely thanks to the possum fur that this sweater blend looks and feels so luxurious and absolutely superior. It cannot really be compared to any other knit blend.
Possum is an invasive specie in New Zealand, where it has no natural enemies. Controlling the population of this pest is vital to maintaining the fragile balance of New Zealand's nature. The use of possum fur in the knit was created as a by-product of the capture of this invasive species, which means it meets our requirements for ethically sourced material.
The valuable and fine silk completes the highly developed combination, bringing durability, smoothness and breathability to the knit.
Goodbye lint! The knitwear hardly gets lint even after years of use, as the fibers in the ingenious blend are so durable that they do not easily break and cause lint. Compared to regular wool or cashmere, this knitwear is downright confusingly lint-free.
For maintenance, it is recommended to air the knitwear regularly and lightly brush away dirt and dust with a soft clothes brush. If done regularly, this procedure is often sufficient, and the product does not necessarily need to be washed. Washing is only needed very rarely, as the knitwear does not move easily. Stains should be immediately absorbed into paper or a cloth, in which case washing is not necessarily necessary. To remove stains, use our gentle soap intended for gloves or, for example, Marseille soap. If necessary, the product can be washed by hand in cool water with a gentle wool detergent. Dry flat on a towel.
