Our goal was to create a leather glove that meets today's special needs and is fairly priced at the same time. This is how washable leather gloves were born - the Emil model for men and Crista for women.
Gloves handcrafted from karakul sheep leather are soft and breathable - like a second skin. Leather that withstands frequent washing/daily washing is a hygienic alternative to regular leather gloves.
Glove length (measured from the bottom edge of the thumb seam) approx. 3 cm, meaning the glove just covers the wrist but feels light, making it suitable for city use from spring to autumn. An elastic band on the palm side of the wrist increases fit. The model is unlined. As a natural material, the leather may have natural shade variations and small color imperfections.
Washing instructions: Put on the gloves. Wash the gloves as you would wash your own hands. Wet, soap thoroughly, rinse. Lightly dry the excess water with a towel, remove the gloves. Let the gloves dry on a towel at room temperature. Shape the gloves to the hand's form while the leather is still slightly damp.
Tip! Leather can occasionally be cared for by gently rubbing it with a soft cloth, e.g., a cotton rag or wool sock. Rubbing the leather creates friction and brings the leather's oils to the surface, giving the leather a shine.Choose the right size: This thin leather glove molds with use, so initially choose a snug-fitting glove. Check your correct size using a measuring tape and size chart. Wrap the measuring tape tightly around the palm (without the thumb). If you fall between two sizes, choose the smaller glove size, unless you have particularly long fingers.
