The nappa of the Ethiopian karakul sheep is soft and flexible, so it shapes perfectly with use. The unlined gloves feel like a second skin. As a natural material, leather breathes well, making the gloves very comfortable to wear. Durable and form-fitting leather is an excellent snug and durable material for golf gloves.
OIL TECH treatment further improves the glove's feel while enhancing its moisture resistance. The leather, which feels pleasantly oily, offers an excellent grip.

The most important step in achieving the proper fit of the gloves is the leather cutting phase. Using the centuries-old table cutting method, the gloves get just the right fit. Excess stretch is manually pulled from the leather, leaving only the adaptation allowance that ensures excellent fit. This also ensures that the gloves do not stretch too much in use but retain their fit.
All the leather we use is obtained as a by-product of the food industry. The glove manufacturing is also naturally economical, as the many small parts allow the leather to be utilized as precisely as possible so that no valuable material is wasted.
Choosing the right size is very important for the fit of the gloves. Check your correct glove size using a measuring tape and our size chart. Initially, the gloves should fit very snugly, even tightly. The glove stretches in width. However, the fingers of the gloves should already be long enough immediately, as the glove fingers do not stretch longer with use.
Tips for long glove life: Always gently stretch the gloves lengthwise after use to restore their proper shape. Temporarily, gloves can be stored folded in half in a pocket, but between uses, gloves should be stored loosely so that accumulated moisture can evaporate and unnecessary wrinkles do not form in the leather.

Käsineiden valmistus käsityönä on luonnostaan hyvin taloudellista ja siten ekologista materiaalien käytön osalta. Leikkausvaiheessa leikkuri optimoi nahan kulutuksen siten, että leikkuujätettä syntyy minimaalisen vähän. Tähän tarkoitukseen käsineet ovat erinomainen tuote, sillä niissä on paljon pieniä osia (sormenvälit, peukalot, ranteen kanttaus), joihin voidaan käyttää hyvinkin pienet nahanpalaset. Hienolaatuisen aniliininahan luonnollinen tuntuma säilyy rumpuvärjäyksen ansiosta, eli nahan päälle ei ruiskuteta halpatuotannolle tyypillisiä kemikaaleja. Materiaalien valmistuksessa käytetyt vedet puhdistetaan jo tehtaalla. Ekologisten seikkojen huomioiminen on meille tärkeää tuotannon ja toiminnan joka vaiheessa. Esimerkiksi tuotelaput valmistetaan FSC-setrifioidusta kartongista käsinetehtaamme naapuritehtaassa, jolloin myös kuljetuksen hiilijalanjälki on minimaalinen.
Käsineemme valmistetaan käsityönä Unkarissa kauniissa Pecs-nimisessä kaupungissa, joka on maailman laatukäsineiden valmistuksen osaamisen keskus. Käsineiden valmistus on erittäin arvostettu käsityöala, ja alansa parhaiden käsinevalmistajien työolot ovat kunnossa ja EU-lakien mukaiset. Käytämme ainoastaan nahkaa, joka saadaan ruokatuotannon sivutuotteena (kuten lammas) ja/tai kannanhallinnan seurauksena (kuten hirvi). Tarhattujen eläinten turkiksia emme käytä. Meille prioriteettina on valmistaa laadukkaita ja pitkäikäisiä asusteita. Seuraamme kuitenkin tarkasti myös vegaanisten materiaalien kenttää, ja tulevaisuudessa saattaakin olla mahdollista valmistaa vegaanisia käsineitä. Materiaalit hankitaan luotettavilta yhteistyökumppaneilta, jolloin tuotantoketjun vaiheet ovat tiedossa.
Kestävistä materiaaleista ja huolellisella käsityöllä valmistetut käsineet kestävät käytössä pitkään. Kannustamme tuotteidemme mahdollisimman pitkäaikaiseen käyttöön, ja opastammekin käsineiden huollossa ja korjauksessa. Esimerkiksi käsineiden luonnonkuituiset vuorit on mahdollista vaihtaa, mikä lisää käsineiden käyttöikää entisestään. Vuorinvaihto- ja käsineiden korjauspalvelu toimivat myymälämme kautta. Kestävyyteen liittyy lisäksi tyylin ja muotoilun kestävyys. Klassisena asusteena käsineet eivät ole kiinni sesongeittain vaihtuvissa trendeissä, vaan käsineet palvelevat käyttäjänsä pukeutumista koko niiden elinkaaren ajan.
