Winter gloves suitable for wool allergy sufferers! Timeless gloves handcrafted from carefully selected natural materials. Timeless design and minimalist styling. Carefully chosen materials and artisan craftsmanship make these gloves a staple for outdoor wear.
The glove's slender cuff covers the wrist and also fits well with narrow coat sleeves.
The gloves are made from Ethiopian karvalampa nappa or top-grain leather, which is beautifully glossy and soft. The thin and flexible karvalampa nappa molds well to the hand. The glove is suitable for use from autumn to spring.
The natural fiber lining increases the warmth of the glove. The cotton fleece made in Italy is soft and warm as a lining. Double cotton fleece is specially designed for our customers allergic to wool. Organic cotton cultivation uses up to 91% less water than "regular" cotton cultivation. Organic standards also apply to the use of pesticides, the substances used in dyeing, and safe working conditions for workers.
By using a centuries-old table cutting method, the gloves achieve the right fit. The leathers are cut one by one by hand. Extra stretch is manually removed from the leather, leaving only the necessary allowance for an excellent fit. This ensures that the gloves do not stretch during use, but maintain their fit. The leathers are also utilized as efficiently as possible to avoid waste.
The gloves are handmade using a sewing machine. The step seam used in the gloves is a very challenging type of seam that only the best seamstresses can master.
Caring for gloves is easy. Since leather is naturally oily, it does not need to be treated with leather care products. Avoid getting the leather wet. Gently stretch the gloves lengthwise after each use. Store the gloves laid flat in a breathable space so that moisture accumulated during use can evaporate.
The linings in gloves often wear out faster than the leather, so we offer our customers a lining replacement service that allows the linings to be changed in gloves already shaped to their own hands.
