Payment service provider

The payment service provider is Klarna Bank Ab. Klarna Checkout is an easy, flexible and secure way to shop online. By answering a few simple questions, you can easily identify yourself and choose the payment method that suits you best.

The options available to you are Klarna Invoice, Klarna Account, card payments (American Express, Visa, Mastercard) or online banking (OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki, Aktia) - all equally secure!

Delivery time

 

We always offer our customers free delivery and return on normal priced products. We charge a € 4.95 return fee for the return of promotional products. Delivery time is 1-3 working days from receipt of the order. During campaigns, delivery is 3-10 business days due to large order quantities. However, you will receive a tracking ID in your email the weekday following your order, but it will take longer to process. However, we reserve the right to sell out the stock, which may extend the promised delivery times. Our delivery times are indicative. If the ordered product is late or temporarily out of stock, we will always notify the customer. If you have any questions regarding your order or delivery time, you can contact our customer service.

Order and order confirmation

You can check the information of the product (s) you have ordered from the automatic order confirmation, which you will receive at the e-mail address you provided after placing the order. If there is anything unclear in the order, you can contact our customer service either by phone or by e-mail info@sauso.com. To expedite the matter, we also ask you to provide the order number and your name in the e-mail. It is not always possible to change your order, as we may have already mailed your order, but our customer service will always check if the change is possible.

 

Shipping and delivery costs

Finland: 4.90€
Europe: 14.90€
Rest of the world: 29.90€
Additional costs beyond our control may be incurred if you choose an alternative delivery or payment method or possible customs fees.

We deliver orders by parcel delivery directly to your home. DHL will contact you prior to delivery to the telephone number provided in your order. If you do not receive a package arrival notification within five business days of ordering, check the tracking ID where your package goes. Please note that an unreceived shipment is not a proper refund and we will charge the shipping costs incurred.

We only use multiple different couriers depending on the delivery country.

 

Please ensure that the address information is correct at the ordering stage. sauso.com is not responsible for the product delivered to the address incorrectly provided by the customer.

Right of return

If you want to return the product, please contact our customer service info@sauso.com.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the SAUSO product you have ordered, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. The returned product must be unused and in good condition, including all included price tags. If these are not met or the product contains, for example, pet hair, we cannot accept a refund. If there is an error caused by the customer in the return, we always withhold at least 25% of the purchase price. The product must be well packaged and the customer is responsible for the breakage or loss of a poorly packaged product. We charge a € 4.95 return fee for the return of promotional products.

When the product arrives in proper condition, the product will be inspected, after which we will refund the money within 30 days of receiving the return shipment. The refund is always made to the same card / account from which the product was paid. If you have chosen an invoice as the payment method, we will notify you of any changes to the invoice directly when the product arrives back in our warehouse. Refunds cannot be sent by cash on delivery.

 

When you make a return, you can package all the returned products in the same package, even if they were shipped in separate packages.

 

You will be notified when your return has been processed. If you have not received any notification within this time, please contact our customer service.

 

If you return the product, be sure to take a receipt for the return and keep it until your return is approved. Receipts may be required in problem situations.

 

Exchange right

 

Due to the high demand for the products, we recommend placing a new order for the product you want and returning the product to be replaced with a normal customer return, as we cannot guarantee that the product you want is still in stock when processing the exchange order. This way you don't have to wait for the product to return to us and get a new product much faster. However, if you have ordered the product at a discount, the exchange is only possible within the same product and in the manner below.

 

However, we give all our products a 14-day right of exchange. If you want to exchange a product you have already purchased, circle the replacement section on the return form. The product must be unused and in a condition for sale. Please note that you select a replacement product from the products in the online store that you can transfer to the shopping cart. When the replacement product is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone. Terms of exchange and return: - 30 days from the arrival of the order to test and match the product you ordered.

Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with the product you have received and would like to complain, please contact us by email at info@sauso.com.

The right of complaint does not cover products purchased from third parties and the orderer should contact us personally.

We always take back complaint products in return shipments. Read the section: Right of return.

Law

Our operations are based on the current Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to refer any disputes arising from this agreement to the Consumer Disputes Board. Children under the age of 18 may only order with the consent of a guardian.

 

Invalid price

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to an error such as a typographical error, technical problem or typo. Terms sauso.com reserves the right to make typographical errors, pricing errors and price changes. Our offers are always valid only as long as there is enough stuff.
